The Grandvaux plateau offers experienced mountain bikers ou lovers of MTB loops friendly between valleys and forests.

3 mountain bike starting points are located on our territory:
Lac-des-Rouges-Truites for routes 67 and 68
Nanchez for routes 80 to 87
Saint-Laurent in Grandvaux for route 98.

Other mountain bike trails cross our municipalities: find them on the hiking map guide which is on sale at the tourist office and gives you access to a wide range of hikes and walks on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike.
On a 1/30th map background, all the marked trails are listed, with the names of the intersection posts and the mileages between each intersection.

Cycle tourism is not left out!
A “cyclotourism and greenways” map published by the Departmental Council, presents to you on a 1/100 map background the 000 marked loops on the Jura, with their typology around the edge of the map: difficulty, elevation, distance, etc.

Designed to be accessible to everyone and even the youngest, these routes will guide you through the lakes, rivers, waterfalls and peat bogs of our beautiful Haut-Jura.
From 5 to 60 km, the routes connect the most beautiful sites of the Massif: download the GPX tracks and circuit sheets on the platform Haut Jura Rando.

Some areas are precious refuges for the local fauna, and are the subject of a reglementation particular. For example the forest massif between Bellefontaine and Bois d'Amont, as well as that between Prémanon and Lamoura.
