Bread and brioche production every Friday at 14 p.m. at the Ecomusée Michaud
Come and watch the bread being baked in the wood-fired oven! and reserve your bread, brioches and household cakes no later than Thursday before noon.
You can place your order at Au Doux Panier in Chapelle-des-Bois on 03 81 69 11 86 or at L'Écomusée.
–Bread prices: €3.10/500g loaf; €5.70/1kg loaf; 3.20€/seed bread.
-Brioche prices: €5.10/large brioche of 400g; €2.10/individual brioche of 100g.
