The Pierre Guy distillery is the last artisanal distillery in Pontarlier.
In 2007, the distillery obtained a distinction by being labeled "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant", a label awarded to French companies with excellent artisanal and industrial know-how. During the visit, you will discover original copper stills in which the distillation of absinthe and anise still takes place today.
You can also taste quality products : aperitifs, liqueurs and brandies.
Open Tuesday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m., as well as Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
