Pleasures FrOMaJura, born in July 2019, manufactures artisanal desserts and ice creams, produced with milk from cows from producers in the canton of Grandvaux.
All our products are made from milk produced in Grandvaux and organic cream from the SCAF of Saint Maurice en Montagne. The milk and cream therefore come from farming in the Jura AOP system.
Our products are low in sugar (I am diabetic) and pasteurized, for consumption suitable for everyone.
A trained agricultural technician, livestock advisor for more than 20 years in the Jura, and former ENIL student in industrial culinary dishes, I attach particular importance to local agricultural sectors and quality products.
The store is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
