Located in Lajoux, the Park House is the administrative headquarters of the activity of the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park.
A reception area, a permanent exhibition and a shop are available for visitors
“Haut Jura living land!”, the permanent exhibition of the Maison du Parc du Haut Jura takes you through fun, colorful, sensory and interactive installations, to discover the Haut Jura in all its facets: its landscapes, its fauna and flora, its know-how and its industrialists, its forests.
The sound walk “sound as far as the eye can see” invites you for a sound, poetic and pictorial stroll, revealing Haut-Jura with its exceptional sounds.
A projection room with a diversified offer:
Film on the geology of the Jura Massif: “Jura, the time of a Mountain”
Film on peat bogs: “Peat bogs, hidden treasures of the Jura mountains”
Visiting the attic fort complete the visit...
An entertainment program offers meeting times at the Maison du Parc or in the area through exhibition openings, conferences, nature outings and workshops to discover with the family.
