The House of the Laughing Cow, in Lons-le-Saunier.

Created in 2009 on the initiative of Catherine Sauvin, granddaughter of Léon Bel, and Bernard Hanet, La Maison de La Vache qui rit is built on the very site where the brand was born in 1921, à Lons-le-Saunier au cœur du Jura. Elle s'est offert en 2018 une nouvelle jeunesse.

Joyful, friendly, impertinent, synonymous with taste pleasure linked to our childhood memories, The Laughing Cow ® deserves to have a house that lives up to its reputation.

Since its opening, La Maison de La Vache qui rit has been the reference place for the memory of the brand. It also offers a unique look at one of the most impressive French industrial and marketing adventures of the 20th century.

Beyond a museum, this house is also a space for reinterpreting the DNA of a brand and the values of a family group. The 2 m200 of the building are entirely distributed and furnished with the desire to share pleasure, life and smiles. Our biggest challenge is to provoke emotion in the visitor, so that they can be surprised, escape, stop, live in this house and want to come back.

It is a place intended for all audiences where there's always something happening and it's easy to reconnect

to his childish soul.

À la manière d’un laboratoire d’idées, elle contribue à donner du sens et une résonance aux missions du Groupe Bel, en prise avec des questionnements cruciaux pour une alimentation plus saine et responsable pour tous, pour que chaque portion nous engage.
