The Pierre Guy distillery is the last family-run distillery in Pontarlier in which 5 generations of distillers have succeeded each other since 1890.
In 2007, the distillery was awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant"(Living Heritage Company) label, a label given to French companies with excellent craft and industrial know-how.
During the visit, you will discover the original copper stills in which absinthe and aniseed are still distilled today. You will also be able to taste quality products: aperitifs, liqueurs and eau-de-vie.
