





Located on the edge of Abbey Lake on the Grandvaux plateau, the Spa de l'Abbaye hotel-restaurant offers 26 comfortable air-conditioned rooms with a view of the lake.
The restaurant offers you revisited local cuisine made from fresh produce, all processed on site.
Many regional specialties are to be tasted: quenelles of lake pike gratinated with Comté cheese, game, meats with morels... accompanied of course by Jura wines (Arbois, Château-Chalon, etc.) and others.
Restaurant capacity: 100 seats.
Animals are not accepted in the restaurant.
The restaurant is open Tuesday evening + Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday lunch and dinner by reservation for Brasero evenings!
