Passionate and passionate volunteers from the Les Amis du Grandvaux association will help you discover this authentic place, a preserved witness to the Grandvallier built heritage.
The screening of a film retracing the old-fashioned making of "Gruyère-style" cheese, supplemented by a guided tour, will help you discover the farming history of Grandvaux, the functioning of its cheese fruit farms in the past, the design of the chalet and the stages of development of a County of yesterday and today through its traditional know-how.
