Plaisirs Fromajura, born in July 2019, makes artisanal crème desserts and ice creams, produced with milk from cows from producers in the Grandvaux canton. All our products are made from milk produced in Grandvaux and organic cream from the SCAF in Saint Maurice en Montagne. The milk and cream come from PDO farms in the Jura. Our products are low in sugar (I'm diabetic) and pasteurized, so they're suitable for everyone. As an agricultural technician by training and a livestock advisor for over 20 years in the Jura, and a former student of the ENIL in industrial culinary dishes, I attach particular importance to local farming and quality products. The shop is open from 9am to 12pm, Monday to Saturday. Visit and taste the Plaisirs FromaJura workshop every Thursday morning!
