Félicette Chazerand
choreographer and teacher.
Based in Brussels, she has been practicing Iyengar Yoga in conjunction with Body – Mind Centering for around twenty years. Rich in her experiences linked to movements and the study of posture in connection with breathing, Félicette devotes herself to teaching Yoga by providing physiological, anatomical and organic benchmarks.
We will approach the practice with the aim of optimizing
the quality of our perception of posture,
of breathing and our senses.
Fluidity-space-time are the key words of these sessions.

Sunday February 25 :
arrival in the afternoon
17:15 p.m. - 18:30 p.m.: welcome yoga session
From Monday to Thursday :
08:00 - 09:00: yoga: Pranayama and postures
9:00 a.m.: breakfast 3 mornings of skiing or snowshoeing (technical) and 1 morning of archery (optional)
12:15 p.m .: meal
14:30 p.m. - 17:00 p.m.: ski, snowshoe or hiking trip
17:30 p.m. - 19:00 p.m.: yoga: recovery and relaxation postures
19:30 p.m .: meal
Possibility of having individual time with Félicette on request
