JURA BIOCLIMATIC COTTAGE

It can accommodate 6 people (80 m2).

Built in 2021, it is located in a village of 275 inhabitants at an altitude of 900 m.

Facing south with its large bay windows open to nature, the house benefits from the passive house technology (double-flow ventilation, solar panels, Canadian well, rainwater recovery).

The very sunny house has large wooden terraces, An flowered and wooded land (1200 m2) as well as a vegetable garden, with a splendid view of the valley.

It is composed of 3 bedrooms : 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80 cm beds and an open bedroom/TV lounge with a sofa bed.

The living room includes a kitchen area (equipped to cook and eat for 6 people) and a living room area (sofa and armchairs).

In addition, there is a bathroom (shower and sink), a toilet, an entrance hall and a laundry/storage room.

In the other part of the house is my sophrology and therapy office.

Depending on the period, it is possible to rent the whole thing knowing that the 2 parts can communicate from the inside. The office/studio is 40 m2 (1 entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom/wc, 1 living room) is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
